here is a motivational journal entry i wrote to myself, maybe a couple of years ago, after an amazing spiritual journey.
hard work… is something to be proud of. it is something that gives us purpose in this life. people weren’t meant to sit around and be lazy—though sometimes we need those days—but those are usually the days that suck! so keep that in mind when choosing not to be productive.
journaling at the start of each day could help set intentions, cultivate drive and focus, and allow for necessary reflections. build that love high—high enough to spread it around, rub it off everyone we meet. don't do it because you’re desperate for acceptance. do it because THEY are desperate for acceptance. the WORLD needs this—the world needs US*. our love, the love we share, our ability to love and carry passion and life within and without you. we will struggle, but DON’T let it get you down because the world NEEDS LOVE!!!
work hard. STRIVE. ACCOMPLISH and be grateful. we will reap the benefits of all our love and service. (it’s important not to get pathetically aware of what you have/don’t have because really you don’t NEED anything you don’t have. WE ARE FREE ENOUGH! for now, at least… so let's do our job. let's live and be thankful for everything we have, work hard and practice patience… and receive the blessings. stay true. stay real. stay CHILL. because good things come to those who wait!!
give everything we can give without guilt [nor expectations.]
recognize those in pain and show them what WE are made of—LOVE.
SHOW them that there is HOPE for GOOD PEOPLE in the world because WE are them.
be above the ugliness.
generosity, forgiveness, goodness, peace, love, caring, kindness, etc… can be so burdensome sometimes because of all the work that goes into it. but it’s what the world needs—less caring about what will happen to you or what people think of you, and more passion and caring about PEOPLE and the greater good. [we choose our heaven or hell. our reality is what we make of it. law of attraction--you'll take what you make. we ARE the creators!!] choose what to care about, choose what to dwell upon! choose how to think, react, behave and feel—because we have this ability!!

remain hopeful and spread the hope or else self-fulfilling prophecy will remain.
we will help change the world one step at a time.
