gretchen karma: los angeles, ca, United States; Dancing since the age of 2, Gretchen was naturally inclined to yoga for the stretching and slow graceful movements, and especially for attaining and maintaining higher quality of mental, physical and spiritual health and well-being. She practiced the physical part of yoga for a few years, meanwhile earning her B.A. in Communication and Peace Studies at CSULB. With a strong desire to spread peace and love, she earned her teaching certification in Hatha yoga at Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm and is completing training in Rudra Yoga, Kundalini Tradition, through World Evolution. Karma yoga (selfless-service) and bhakti yoga (devotion) are reflected in her pure, loving spirit.
